Dr. Hitender Suri, a physician from Punjab, has achieved a remarkable milestone by curing a 117-centimeter fistula using Ayurvedic treatment methods. The patient, Swaroop Singh, a 47-year-old resident of Himachal Pradesh, had endured years of discomfort and pain due to this rare condition, despite undergoing multiple unsuccessful surgeries.
The fistula, an abnormal connection between the anal canal and the feet, had severely affected Singh's quality of life, causing intense pain and spreading infection. Under Dr. Suri's Ayurvedic care, Singh experienced complete recovery within four and a half months. Expressing his relief, Singh stated, "I couldn't walk or sleep because of the infection. Now, I am again living a normal life."
This unprecedented achievement has been officially recognized by the London World Book of Records, highlighting the potential of ancient Ayurvedic practices in addressing complex medical conditions. Dr. Suri's success story underscores the importance of integrating traditional healing methods with modern healthcare to provide holistic treatment options for patients worldwide.
