ഹൈദരാബാദ്: ശമ്പളം വർധിപ്പിക്കുക, കുടിശ്ശിക അനുവദിക്കുക തുടങ്ങിയ തങ്ങളുടെ ദീർഘകാല ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ നിറവേറ്റണമെന്ന് തെലങ്കാനയിലെ സർക്കാർ ആശുപത്രികളിലെ 600 ഓളം ഡോക്ടർമാർ സർക്കാരിനോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. തെലങ്കാന ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഡോക്‌ടേഴ്‌സ് അസോസിയേഷൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായ ഡോക്ടർമാർ ഒസ്മാനിയ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ യോഗം ചേർന്നു. തങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിക്കാത്തതിൽ അവർ ആശങ്ക പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തു. തെലങ്കാന വൈദ്യ വിധാന പരിഷത്തിൻ്റെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഡോക്ടർമാരെയും മെഡിക്കൽ സ്റ്റാഫുകളെയും ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പിൽ ലയിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും അവരുടെ ശമ്പളം അനുവദിക്കണമെന്നും അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. 2016-ലെ ശമ്പളപരിഷ്‌കരണ കമ്മീഷനിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കാനുള്ള കുടിശ്ശികയും റൂറൽ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജുകളിലെ അധ്യാപകരായ ഡോക്ടർമാർക്കുള്ള അലവൻസുകളും അനുവദിക്കണമെന്നും അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. സീനിയോറിറ്റിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ജില്ലാ മെഡിക്കൽ, ഹെൽത്ത് ഓഫീസർമാരെ നിയമിക്കണമെന്നും ഹെൽത്ത് കാർഡ് നൽകണമെന്നും കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഡോക്ടർമാരെ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും ഡോക്ടർമാർ പറഞ്ഞു.
